Hi Ganesh, it's a lovely post and I look forward to more such 'stories' in the newsletter. I wanted to know what and how are the metrics being measured here to know the highs and lows? Suppose if I want to do a small experiment/data analysis on my own to get insights on my presentation or article, how can I do so?

Thank you, Charmi. Great to hear the feedback.

The highs and lows are measured by machine learning models that score various audio and visual aspects - dialogue, character, face, background music etc. This capability is more easily available with deep learning algorithms today.

Great question! To quickly score your own presentation, you can assign a subjective score to each slide (in the range, -1 for negative message to +1 for positive). This will give you a fair idea about your emotional arc. If you're planning to do this, I'd be happy to take a look at the results and help if you have more questions.
